1.1  To create an account and use the 999d platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The minimum age to register and participate in any real-money game, bet, or promotion on 999d is 21 years. 999d enforces this requirement strictly and will verify age as part of the KYC process.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and for your own personal entertainment purposes, not on behalf of any third party, company, or organisation.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gaming or sports betting is prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 999d is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of 999d or any of its group companies, licensed game providers, or payment processing partners.
• You have not previously had a 999d account suspended, terminated, or closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting in good faith and are not under any form of self-exclusion, whether self-imposed through 999d's tools or mandated by a third-party responsible gaming programme.

1.2  999d reserves the right to conduct identity verification and age verification at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

2.1  Each individual player may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 999d platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or different contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.2  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999d account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, and you must notify 999d support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.

2.3  999d will never ask for your account password via live chat, email, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from 999d that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 999d support immediately.

2.4  You are responsible for all activity conducted through your 999d account, whether or not authorised by you, unless and until you have notified 999d of unauthorised access and 999d has taken steps to secure the account.

2.5  999d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA is available via SMS OTP to your registered Pakistani mobile number and can be activated in Account Settings at any time.

2.6  The account registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. All information provided must be truthful and current. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.1  All transactions on the 999d platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT cryptocurrency. Supported methods may be updated from time to time at 999d's discretion.

3.2  Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit is PKR 500. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts, though VIP-tier limits may differ. 999d charges no fees on PKR deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa.

3.3  Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Standard withdrawal processing time to JazzCash and EasyPaisa is one to three (1–3) business hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to one (1) business day. VIP Elite tier accounts benefit from a 30-minute priority withdrawal target.

3.4  999d reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal, including but not limited to: a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of ownership of the payment method used, and a selfie for identity confirmation. Withdrawal requests will remain pending until all requested documentation is provided and verified.

3.5  Funds deposited into your 999d account must be used for gaming purposes. 999d reserves the right to refuse withdrawal requests and investigate accounts where deposits are made without significant gaming activity, as this may indicate the misuse of the Platform for money movement purposes.

3.6  999d will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and same account holder used for the deposit where technically feasible. Where this is not possible, 999d will contact the account holder to arrange an alternative verified method.

3.7  Withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player from within the Account Dashboard before processing commences. Once processing has commenced, the request cannot be cancelled.

4.1  999d may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms.

4.2  Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds credited to a 999d account are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough or turnover requirement) before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds remain non-withdrawable until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.

4.3  Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet placed toward the wagering requirement. Live casino table games and sports betting wagers may contribute at a lower rate, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Certain games may be excluded from wagering requirement fulfilment entirely.

4.4  Bonuses are subject to a validity period. Any bonus funds and associated wagering progress that remain outstanding at the expiry of the validity period will be removed from the player's account without compensation. The validity period is stated in each promotion's specific terms.

4.5  999d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion with reasonable prior notice where possible. 999d further reserves the right to withhold bonus payments and void bonus-generated winnings where abuse of the promotion system is suspected or confirmed.

4.6  Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, and device. Coordinated bonus claiming across multiple accounts or devices will be treated as bonus abuse and may result in account suspension.

5.1  All casino games available on the 999d platform are provided by internationally licenced and independently audited game studios. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently tested by accredited testing laboratories including eCOGRA, iTech Labs, and Gaming Laboratories International (GLI).

5.5  Cricket betting, sports betting, and other fixed-odds wager markets on 999d are governed by the specific sports betting rules applicable to each market. 999d reserves the right to void bets on markets affected by exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to event abandonment, result disputes, and manifest pricing errors.

6.1  The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999d platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, winnings voided, and funds held pending investigation:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or betting market on 999d;
• Colluding with other players, including in live dealer poker or other multi-player games, to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or pricing mistakes in bad faith rather than reporting them to 999d support;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, including placing bets on sporting events where you have any influence over the outcome;
• Using the 999d platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity;
• Registering or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law;
• Registering an account on behalf of, or providing access to, a person under 21 years of age;
• Using chargebacks or payment disputes as a strategy to recover funds from genuine gaming losses;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 999d support staff or other players in any communication channel.

6.2  999d operates advanced fraud detection systems that monitor for prohibited conduct on a continuous basis. All suspicious activity is logged and may be reported to the relevant gaming regulator or law enforcement authority.

7.1  999d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. All responsible gaming tools are available free of charge to every registered 999d account holder at any time via Account Settings.

7.2  Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit caps on their 999d account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Reductions take effect immediately.

7.3  Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limit caps. Once the limit is reached, further real-money play is restricted until the limit period resets.

7.4  Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders that display a notification after a defined period of continuous play.

7.5  Self-Exclusion: Any 999d account holder may apply for a self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account login is disabled and the account cannot be reopened until the exclusion period has fully elapsed. For permanent self-exclusion, the account will be permanently closed and cannot be reopened under any circumstances.

7.6  If you believe that gambling is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, or mental health, please make use of the self-exclusion tool immediately and seek support. 999d enforces self-exclusion requests without exception. Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new 999d account — doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

8.1  All content on the 999d platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, data compilations, and software, is the property of 999d or its content and game provider partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 999d platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 8.3  The 999d name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 999d. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

9.1  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999d and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the 999d platform.

9.2  999d does not guarantee that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, and circumstances beyond 999d's reasonable control may affect platform availability from time to time.

9.3  999d's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the 999d platform during that same twelve-month period.

9.4  Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 999d's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by 999d's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 999d; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10.1  999d collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by players in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account on 999d, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.2  999d implements technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions and bcrypt password hashing.

10.3  999d does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data sharing with third parties is limited to circumstances necessary for the operation of the platform — including game providers, payment processors, KYC service providers, and fraud prevention partners — and is governed by contractual data protection obligations.

11.1  999d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; suspected underage gambling; dormant account in accordance with the dormancy policy; or player request.

11.2  Player-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your 999d account at any time by contacting 999d support via live chat. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account after the deduction of any outstanding bonus funds subject to terms will be returned to you via your verified payment method.

11.3  Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. 999d will notify the account holder via the registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee . If no response is received within 30 days, a PKR 100 monthly administration fee may be deducted from the dormant account balance.

11.4  In cases of account termination due to suspected fraud, breach of Terms, or violation of these Terms, 999d reserves the right to withhold pending withdrawals and void winnings generated during the period in which the breach occurred.

12.1  These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 999d holds its gaming licence.

12.2  Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to 999d customer support for internal resolution. 999d will endeavour to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly.

12.3  If a dispute cannot be resolved through 999d support within a reasonable period (typically 14 days), either party may escalate the matter to the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service designated by 999d's licensing jurisdiction, if applicable.

12.4  Where ADR procedures do not resolve the dispute, each party agrees that any legal proceedings must be commenced within the jurisdiction of 999d's registered place of business as specified by its gaming licence.

12.5  If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
